Our music is varied but is mainly of English, Scottish, Irish and American origin.
We do our best to ensure that our gigs provide really good entertainment. There is a definite emphasis on "fun" dances (largely based on jigs and reels), but we also include waltzes, circle dances, square dances, Scottish, Irish or anything else appropriate for your particular event. We even do a line dance. If the dancers need the occasional rest (though we do our best to keep them going), we can play an infinite variety of relaxing or foot-tapping melodies, according to the mood of the evening. At these times we often include the flute, hammered dulcimer and Northumbrian smallpipes. |
